YELLOW EARTH AUSTRALIA RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We know it can be difficult to choose the perfect product online, which is why we are pleased to provide a simple exchange and refund process.

As our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, it's doubly important for you to choose the right product before finalizing their order, as you will be responsible for the return shipping fees back to us (in Australia). Return postage can be quite costly, so please contact our team first if you have any sizing related questions to avoid ordering the wrong item.

Yellow Earth Australia is happy to honor our customers with an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase for any goods purchased, unless otherwise stated.

 

Order Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or alter your order as once we have processed your order and sent it to our international courier, we can no longer make changes to your order.

 

If a Return is requested after 30 days, a refund will be processed in the form of a Store Credit/Gift card that can be used online, less any postage fees originally paid, valid for 12 months from the date of Refund.

 

Please note, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on our sock items.

For Returns:

  1. Please download and fill in the Product Returns Form linked to above, following the instructions and notes listed within
  2. Please print off and include this filled in form with your returned item
  3. Pack your item, remember to include the filled in Product Returns Form and, and post it to the address listed on the form. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of the postage to Australia and any liabilities in regards to lost or damaged items.


For Exchanges:

  1. We can only exchange items of the same style. If you want to exchange for a different style, please use the steps above to first return the unwanted item, and then purchase the new item separately.
  2. Please download and fill in the Product Exchange Form linked to above, following the instructions and notes listed within
  3. Please print off and include this filled in form with your to be exchanged item
  4. Pack your item, remember to include the filled in Product Exchange Form, and post it to the address listed on the form. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of the postage to Australia and any liabilities in regards to lost or damaged items.
