As our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, it's doubly important for you to choose the right product before finalizing their order, as you will be responsible for the return shipping fees back to us (in Australia). Return postage can be quite costly, so please contact our team first if you have any sizing related questions to avoid ordering the wrong item.

Yellow Earth Australia is happy to honour our customers with an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase for any goods purchased, unless otherwise stated.


Order Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or alter your order as once we have processed your order and sent it to our international courier, we can no longer make changes to your order.


If a Return is requested after 30 days, a refund will be processed in the form of a Store Credit/Gift card that can be used online, less any postage fees originally paid, valid for 12 months from the date of Refund.
