Our Taupe Long Wool Rug brings a touch of style to any space with its brown, earthy tone, a perfect decor piece that easily complements any home decor.
This premium rug is thick and soft to the touch, perfect as a carpet to walk on or as a comfy piece to lay down and snuggle. Tanned from 100% natural Australian merino sheepskin, it is hypo-allergenic and dirt repelling, as well as a great choice for your pets, to lay down on.
Did you know that natural Australian sheepskin provides many benefits that synthetic products don’t? Not only is it non-allergenic, anti-bacterial, and dirt-repelling, but its breathability means that you will not experience irritation and stench that is often found in synthetic products.

The size of this rug is approximately 41-43 inches in length x 26 inches wide (105-110 x 65cm). We are quite conservative with our sizing, and the actual rug may be slightly larger. We measure our rugs from the pelt (leather) side only and do not measure the wool fibers that extend out, which would increase all dimensions by at least a further 4 inches (10cm).

Care instructions: Cold wash using a Woolskin Shampoo, dry in the shade, or otherwise professional dry-clean. We offer a specially formulated Woolskin Shampoo on our website available here.
Please note as these are 100% natural products, the color may vary slightly between rugs and what is seen on a computer screen. If you are planning to buy 2 or more of the same colour, we recommend ordering them together in one order. As color dyes can vary slightly between batches, we cannot guarantee that rugs sent in separate orders will be identical. However, if placed together, our team will do our best to check and select matching colors for you.

Bought two extra long rugs in taupe for my extra long leather couch to keep the family warm through a Tassie winter. They are super plush and incredibly soft, with great loft, moreso than other sheepskin rugs I've bought before. Thrilled with the quality and colour, a soft neutral which is perfect for a high use area with kids. Opted for two smaller rugs for flexibility to use elsewhere rather than one of the very long rugs.
