Shipping & Delivery

Our International Shipping Policy:

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia and all goods are sent from Australia, but we are able to ship to almost anywhere around the world. The shipping fees are as follows and are sometimes presented as a range based on the order weight:

  • USA: International Expedited Shipping (5 to 10 business days) - USD $15-25
  • USA: DHL Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) - USD $40-85
  • Rest of the World^: International Expedited Shipping (5 to 10 business days)* - USD $15-$55
  • All Destinations^: Free International Expedited Shipping for orders over USD $300

* Long Distance/Remote location surcharge: Our courier services will sometimes add a significant surcharge for deliveries to remote locations. Some locations will have a higher shipping rate than those listed above. If there are additional costs we cannot account for during checkout, and in the event that we cannot absorb the cost, we will contact you with additional information on this surcharge and give you further options. 

Holidays Warehouse Closure:

Our warehouse will be closed from December 24th 2025 to January 4th 2026, and no orders will be dispatched during this period. 

Custom fee & taxes: You may be liable for additional custom fees and taxes. We strive to ensure duties and taxes for shipments to the US are collected at checkout according to standard practice, but there will be instances where additional fees and taxes may be collected at the customer's end. Please check your country's customs rules before ordering, as Yellow Earth Australia will not be liable for these additional fees that you may incur.
