Shipping & Delivery

Our International Shipping Policy:

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia and all goods are sent from Australia, but we are able to ship to almost anywhere around the world. The shipping fees are as follows:

• International Express Shipping (7 to 10 days) - USD $15
• Free International Express Shipping (7 to 10 days) for orders over USD $250

Remote location surcharge: Our courier services will sometimes add a significant surcharge for deliveries to remote locations. In the event that we cannot absorb the cost, we will contact you with additional information on this surcharge and give you further options.  

Custom fee & taxes: You may be liable for additional custom fees and taxes. Please check your country's customs rules before ordering as Yellow Earth Australia will not be liable for these additional fees that you may incur.

Delivery to the US: Due to transit delays and shortage of flights, some packages to the US are arriving slightly later than the typical 4-8 business days after dispatch.
